Every Janice Stevia Design creation is made from recycled water-based vegan leather: 58% recycled polyester, 37% recycled water-based polyurethane, and 5% kaolin. No solvents, no harmful chemicals, no animal-derived materials.

Recycled water-based polyurethane (PU) represents a significant evolution from traditional solvent-based PU. Its chemical footprint is smaller, its feel is supple, and its resistance to deformation lets it keep its structure over time, even under intensive daily use.

Durability testing was carried out in-house: pressed and stressed repeatedly to simulate daily use, the material returns to its original shape without leaving any marks or visible creases. It combines lightness, flexibility, and durability.

Yes. The Janice Stevia brand holds PETA, Approved Vegan certification, confirming the complete absence of animal-derived materials in our collections.

We estimate the lifespan of our creations at approximately five years of daily use, a longevity we attribute to the quality of the material, the strength of the assembly, and the rigour of our quality control at every stage of production.

To preserve the beauty and durability of your Janice Stevia Design bag, clean it gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. For stains, use a mild soap diluted in lukewarm water, then wipe with a clean cloth and let it air dry naturally.

Avoid harsh products such as bleach, alcohol, acetone, or any other solvent, as well as abrasive brushes and products meant for animal leather. For optimal storage, keep your bag in the protective pouch included with your order, in a dry place away from humidity and direct sunlight.

When not in use, fill it with tissue paper or a soft cloth to help it hold its shape, and avoid compressing it under heavy objects. Regular care will help preserve its elegance and extend its lifespan.

The recycled PU leather used in our creations offers good resistance to water and everyday splashes.

However, avoid placing it near a direct heat source, such as a radiator or hair dryer, as this could alter the material.

Audace: 28 cm (width) × 42 cm (height) × 14 cm (depth), 16-inch format. Fits a 15- or 16-inch laptop as well as A4 documents.

Joyce: 38.5 cm (width) × 31.5 cm (height) × 14 cm (depth), 15-inch format. The wider centre compartment also fits a laptop up to 17 inches, as well as A4 and legal-size documents.

Janice Stevia creations are produced in two workshops in China, identified and selected after three years of research and rigorous quality testing. Small-batch production, a deliberate choice, allows for individual quality control of every piece before shipping.

Processing takes 1 to 3 business days before shipping. Once your order ships, delivery takes 2 to 10 business days depending on the shipping option and destination.

Yes. By contacting us directly before finalizing your order, expedited shipping can be arranged for a $10 surcharge. Orders received before 11 a.m. can be delivered the next day; otherwise, delivery takes 48 hours.

Yes. Janice Stevia Design ships to the United States, France, and most countries in the European Union. To check shipping availability in your country, write to us at hello@janicesteviadesign.com before placing your order.

For international orders, taxes and customs duties may be charged upon delivery in the destination country. These fees are beyond our control and remain the customer's responsibility. Prices shown on the site do not include them.

A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey in real time. You can also chat with our customer service team on the site for order tracking.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You'll receive a notification for each shipment.

Any piece can be returned within 45 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with its original packaging. To start a return, write to us at hello@janicesteviadesign.com to receive an authorization number and shipping instructions.

Yes. Exchanges are available for items received in the wrong size or colour, as well as for pieces with a defect or damage upon receipt. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired model isn't available, a refund will be issued.

Once a returned piece is received and inspected, the refund is credited to the original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Yes, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refunded amount, except in the case of a defective piece or an error on our part, in which case the cost is fully covered.

Personalized items, sale items, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.

If you receive a piece that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please write to us at hello@janicesteviadesign.com within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the product. A solution will be offered as quickly as possible.

We don't yet offer individual spare parts for sale. For situations like this, write to us at hello@janicesteviadesign.com, every request is reviewed individually.

Bags and Accessories

All bags and accessories are covered by an 18-month warranty from the date of purchase, upon presentation of valid proof of purchase.

The warranty covers:

• Any manufacturing defect affecting the quality or proper function of the product
• Zipper issues
• Stitching defects
• Component assembly defects

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from use
• Snags, cuts, or tears
• Scratches or marks on hardware
• Colour transfer or dye bleeding
• Product deformation
• Damage caused by improper care or product modifications
• Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or negligence

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage attributable to normal use or external causes.
