Shipping policy

Our standard processing time is 5 to 10 business days. This means your order will generally be shipped within that timeframe. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery, depending on the shipping option you selected, the delivery destination, and our internal processing time.

We offer international shipping to the United States, France, and most EU countries. However, please note that taxes and customs duties may apply, and these charges are beyond our control. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can always track their progress. Delivery times are estimates, and we will always strive to meet your expected delivery dates.

In most cases, customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches the destination country. The prices and shipping costs listed on the website do not include these taxes and customs duties.

Please also note that if you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You will receive a notification for each shipment.
